How we work
A written brief, staged development, acceptance against what was agreed, and a complete handover. The same four stages on every engagement, whether we are building a learning platform, a desktop application or an information website.
-
Brief
We start with what needs to happen in your organization, not with a tool. A short written brief records goals, constraints, who the users are, what done looks like, and what stays out of scope.
-
Design and build
We design the structure and the interface with your subject experts, then develop in stages. AI tools accelerate research, implementation, testing and documentation; requirements, architecture and review stay with us.
-
Review and acceptance
You see working software early and often. Each stage is accepted against the brief before the next begins, and nothing is claimed that has not been verified.
-
Handover and follow-through
You receive the source, the documentation and the record of how it was built. Training for the people who will live with it, and further development, are there when you want them.
Multi-agent AI orchestration
We specialize in multi-agent AI orchestration, coordinating complementary AI agents across research, planning, software development, testing and documentation.
We have successfully applied this approach to deliver working software, websites and business workflows. We set the direction, coordinate the work and review the results against your organization’s needs, keeping key decisions and acceptance with people.
We work with your team and any specialists you choose to understand your field and what you need. You bring the knowledge of your subject; we turn it into useful software.
What changes hands
What you receive at the end, and what we need from you along the way.
You receive
- Source code and build instructions
- Documentation for users and for whoever maintains it
- Design files and the content structure
- A record of decisions and how the system was built
- Accounts and infrastructure in your name
- Training for your team, when you want it
We ask of you
- A decision-maker who can accept each stage
- Access to the subject experts whose knowledge the system will carry
- Real material to design against: documents, content, data
- Time for review at the agreed points
Ways to engage
Three shapes the work can take. Most engagements start as the first and continue as the second.
A scoped project
A written brief, staged delivery, acceptance at each stage, and a proper handover with source and documentation.
Ongoing improvement
Care and development of a tool or workflow you already rely on, in agreed increments rather than open-ended retainers.
Training, alone or alongside a build
Sessions for the people who will live with the result, so adoption is part of delivery rather than an afterthought.
Start with the brief.
The composer on the contact page asks for what matters at this stage: the situation, the people, what exists already and what success would look like. Nothing is sent from this site.
